The Troxels have some great news to share. Some of you may have heard via Facebook. Still, we remain quite excited. We are expecting another little Troxel.
Emily is a little over a year old now. We enjoyed having another baby so much that we wanted another. Aerin and Ethan are quite excited. Emily is going to be a big sister. The baby should arrive in March, two months or so before Emily turns two.
We have names picked out. If baby is a boy, William Earnest after my maternal grandfather. I was named after him and so perhaps his name will be passed on again. If baby is a girl, Cheryl Elizabeth Nicole. Cheryl is my mother’s name. The other two are additions of ours. Both my grandfather and mother have passed away. Naming a baby is a way to remember and honor those who loved and raised me.
Our last post was about the wildfire. Cloudy skies and more rain (without lightning) have been an answer to prayer. We still ask for folks to pray for safety. Fires can flare up or even spring back to life so easily in a dry climate. Continued prayer for firefighters is a must as well. So many men and women place themselves in harm’s way to defend our homes and communities here. We are thankful for their service.
We remain thankful for your prayers and financial support. We are so blessed to have your support as we serve God’s people in Nenana.
